Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0053-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans.
Project includes activities related to the construction of an eastbound on-ramp to SR 108 from Peaceful Oaks Road that will cross over an unnamed drainage referred to by Permittee as Little Creek. The Project will also include riparian revegetation at two separate stream crossing locations along SR 108 along Sullivan Creek and Algerine Creek to complete mitigation obligations related to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-008-R4 and mitigation obligations anticipated to result from this Streambed Alteration Agreement. This Minor Amendment No. 1 reflects changes to Caltrans' plan to mitigate the Project-related impacts through revegetation.
