Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1408-99) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sonoma County Water District. The applicant proposes: Constructing a Ranney-type collector on a low terrace adjacent to the Russian River to provide backup diversion capacity. It will not result in an increase in the rate or quantity of diversion of water from the Russian River.
