Document Description
The proposed Phase II facility will provide 695 beds consisting of 171 four-bed apartments of approximately 1,150 square feet with private baths, full kitchens, dining and living rooms, one two-bedroom apartment for the resident assistant and ten studio apartments. The project will include two laundry facilities, eight multi-use student gathering spaces, as well as 12,000 square foot multi-purpose meeting facility (Tuscany Hall), which will e part of the University Center Complex.
