Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a wastewater equalization tank along a portion of Copeland Creek located on the CSU, Sonoma campus located in the City of Rohnert Park. The proposed project includes a 256,000 gallon tank that would be used to store untreated wastewater, a pump station to divert flow from the trunk sewer, and an emergency generator and electrical controls. Construction activities occurring above the top of the bank of Copeland Creek include the installation of sheet piles, approximately 25 feet deep, and the removal of existing riparian vegetation within the extents of the intertie construction area.
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0132-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Christopher Dinno/California State University, Sonoma.
