Document Description
Proposed is the development of a vacant 551.4-acre site located in the City of Walnut for 268 single-family residential dwelling units and an 18-hole public golf course. The project site is bordered on the west by the closed Class I and Class III BKK Landfill in the City of West Covina, on the north by undeveloped hillside areas, and on the south and east by existing residential development.
