Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0047-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, CR Briggs. The applicant proposes to further develop and continue excavation of the existing disturbed open pits and surface water control structures in the Briggs Mine. In addition, the applicant also proposes to continue excavation of a previously permitted clay borrow source located in the Panamint Valley playa bed immediately west of the Briggs mine.
