Document Description
The project consists of four components: Demolishing the existing Earl Thomas Reservoir, a 35 million gallon concrete clearwell at the Alvardo Water Filtration plant site; constructing two new pipelines to connect the new Earl Thomas Reservoir to the recently constructed 21 million gallon (mg) reservoirs to the west (East and West Reservoirs); constructing an intake line into the Earl Thomas Reservoir; and constructing a new 35 million gallon pre-stressed concrete clearwell including excavation, grading, valve vaults and associated piping.
