Document Description
The Addendum to Final Supplemental EIR #2 for the Solano Wind Project is to address the change of the mitigation for avian impacts from the acquisition of trust land and preparation of financial loans to purchase of contiguous mitigation bank credits. This revised mitigation exceeds the compensation level of the original impact and results in no new impact.
