Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Cert # R9-2020-0165) to the applicant to grade 49.75 acres of vacant land and develop three building pads that will be used for industrial warehouses and trucking. The on-site stream will be filled in as a result of the eastern building pad and a realigned flood control channel will be constructed between this building pad and the roadway to the east. The applicant will provide rehabilitation and establishment compensatory mitigation in Johnson Canyon Creek to mitigate for the permanent loss of jurisdictional waters.
