Document Description
The project proposes two phases. The first involves a temporary truck/container vehicle parking and storage facility with several office trailers and service centers. A total of seven (7) trailers will be used at 20 feet by 60 feet each. The second phase of the project for future use of the site is an industrial park development for warehouse and office use. The total site is 39.30 acres. The San Diego Rural Fire District and Otay Water District are serving the project. Access will be gained from Airway Drive, located between Enrico Fermi Drive and Siempre Viva Road. The project is located inside a Minor Amendment area of the Multiple Species Conservation Program and has received letters of minor amendment concurrence from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Department of Fish and Game.
