The California Department of Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish Game Code to the project applicant, [Mr. Bill O'Neill representing Arcata Redimix]. The applicant proposes to commercially extract gravel from the O'Neill Bar on the Mad River, Humboldt County, in accordance to the recommendations of the County of Humboldt Extraction Review Team during 2001.
