Document Description
The Operator proposes to expand the existing landfill by developing an additional 324-acre Class II fill site, known as Fill Area II. The municipal solid waste capacity of Fill Area 2 is an estimated 40 million tons, providing a projected disposal life of approximately 30 years. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0359-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant.
