The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project includes the installation of a second outlet structure near the northwest corner of the existing River Oaks East detention basin. Cofferdams will be used to pewater a section of Algodon Canal for placement of wet concrete.
