Document Description
Waiver pursuant to County Code section 22.04.110 to allow continued processing of Project No. R2004-00559-(5) (CUP No. 200400042), in the event Chiquita Canyon Landfill reaches its max capacity, as authorized by approved CUP No. 89-081, before the County of LA concludes its processing of the CUP application. The County adopted an addendum to the Final EIR certified in 1997 for CUP no. 89-081. Landfill operations remain subject to the previously adopted mitigation measures, MMRP, and CEQA Findings/Statement of Overriding Considerations for the certified Final EIR.
