THE ROAD WILL EXTEND ACROSS THE SOUTHERN END OF THE CHICO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT CLEAR ZONE. THE ROAD CON- STRUCTION WILL HAVE A LENGTH OF .32 MILES AND CONSIST OF TWO LANES WITH A CENTER MEDIAN. BICYCLE USE WILL BE ACCOMODATED
