POMP FACILITY, REMOVAL OF LAKES SEDIMENT, STABILIZATION OF THE LAKE EDGE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE PATH ALONG THE LAKE EDGE AND WILL NOT ALTER WATER CIRCULATION PATTERNS OR EFFECT EXISTING ISLAND VEGITATION.
