Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0514-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Grupe Investment Company. Construct an outfall structure consisting of four 20" and one 12" stormwater discharge pipes. Bottom of Pixley Slough would be modified by removing 600 cy of soil and replacing it with geotextile fabric and riprap, for energy dissipation.
