Document Description
The applicant proposes a P-D zone for a Taco Bell restaurant on the north portion of a double-front site on the east side of Coffee road, just south of East Coolidge Avenue. The site is the result of combining three residential properties and extends through to Water Street. There will be no access to water Street and the typical eight(8) feet high block wall along the entire Water Street frontage will provide a buffer from the low and medium density residential area to the east. The nineteen (19) space parking requirement is more than fulfilled by thirty-six (36) stalls laid out along the south and east sides of the site. One main ingress/egress driveway serves the parking area and leads to the drive-up window service on the north side of the building. An exit-only driveway also opens onto Coffee Road.
