This is an application for an amendment to the P-D(316) plot plan to allow a new commercial building/parking area on the parcel immediately west of the Hilschier Nursery. This parcel contains 0.66 of an acre and is located on the south side of Stanford Avenue approximately mid-way between Carver Road and Longbridge Drive. Development of this commercial building along with the nursery use will complete the build-out of this P-D.
