Document Description
The applicant proposes that a revised plot plan will be considered to allow the newly located modular classroom units to remain approximately 30-feet from the residential properties to the west. The setback separation was proposed and approved with a 67-foot setback under the Board's previous review of this facility. The applicant subsequently proceeded with the setup of these modular classroom units, at there own risk, without a building permit. As a result, this issue was not brought to staff's attention until the classrooms were in place. In order that the school year might start on schedule, a 30-day temporary occupancy was issued by the Chief Building Official. In tum, the applicant was required to reapply for the Board's resolution of the plot plan discepancy.
