This is an application for an amendment to a conditional use permit in the R-1 Zone to allow operation of a private school, grades one through eight, in the existing church facility located on the north side of Sylvan Meadows Drive at the intersection of Forrest Glenn Drive, at 1313 Sylvan Meadows Drive. The proposed school will be in addition to the continued church use of this facility. There will be no exterior changes to this facility as a result of the proposed school use. A children's play yard area and off-street parking areas are currently in place and will serve both the church and school.
