Document Description
This is an application for a conditional use permit in the C-3 Zone for commercial development of approximately one acre located on the north side of Yosemite Boulevard between North McClure Road and Creekwood Drive. This is the last undeveloped parcel located along this portion of Yosemite Boulevard. The proposed development will provide a one-story 12,100 square foot retail commercial building and 58 off-street parking spaces. Access to the commercial business along this portion of the Yosemite frontage has been provided by a 41-foot-wide driveway. This driveway connects with a 24-foot wide accessway which serves the other commercial uses between Creekwood Drive and North McClure Road. The applicant proposes that the development of this last commercial parcel will also include a second 41-foot wide driveway entrance from Yosemite Boulevard. This driveway will be provided at the western end of the applicant's parcel frontage. This driveway will also connect to the previously mentioned 24-foot wide accessway.
