OF CATCH IN BAY IS OF SACRAMENTO-SAN JAQUIN RUN; WE FEEL WE CAN REDUCE THE IMPACT ON THAT RUN. IT IS BELIEVED THAT SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMS WILL HELP INCREASE INTEREST AND, THERE- FOR, LICENSE SALES IN MOTEREY BAY AREA.
