THE CITY OF CORNING PROPOSES TO EXPAND THE RATED CPACITY OF ITS WASTEWATER PLANT, LOCATED AT 25010 GARDINER FERRY ROAD. THE RARTED CAPACITY OF THE FACILITY WOULD BE EXPANDED FROM THE EXISTING AVERAGE DAILY FLOW OF 0.83 MILLION GALLONS PER DAY TO AN AVERAGE FLOW OF 1.83 MGD TO ACCOMODATE INCREASED DOMESTIC WASTEWATER FLOWS AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL INFLOW FROM BELL-CARTER FOODS.
