CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0178-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sutter Gold Mining Company.
As part of the Lincoln Mine operations, areas within APN 40-030-087 designated the Surface Fill Unit (SFU) will be cleared, grubbed, and stripped prior to filling or grading to design elevations. Topsoil within the SFU will be stripped and stockpiled for reclamation following Lincoln Mine operations. This Agreement pertains to two separate sub-projects within the SFU. The sub-projects will impact two unnamed tributaries to Whiskey Gulch: SFU Drainage #1 and SFU Drainage #2.
