Issuance of a Solid Waste Facility Permit for operation of Unit 2, Phase I of the Sunshine Canyon City Landfill that will encompass 84 acres within a 494-acre permitted site and have a maximum vertical elevation of 1830 feet. Peak permitted tonnage will be 5,500 tons per day or 30,000 tons per week based on a 6 day week, operation hours will be 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and 7 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
