Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and Streamnbed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #R5-2002-0366) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Slatton of Lennar Bridges, LLC. The applicant proposes to use material from Escondido Creek consisting of cutting and treating approximately one-acre Giant Cane (Arundo donax) a non-native invasive plant infesting approximate 13.1 acres stand of riparian habitat in Escondido Creek, as a mitigation condition associated with the project's habitat loss permit issued by the lead agency.
