The project is the proposed relocation of the Reggae on the River music festival to its original site at French's Camp from the current location at Benbow Lake State Recreation Area. The four-day event would accommodate 6,000 ticket-holders and 2,000 staff the first year, with an allowance to expand attendance levels by up to 2,500 persons in the following four years.
