Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-MEN-44457-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Alisha Victoria Goodrich, Mateel Community Center.
The project is limited to two encroachments. The encroachments are for water diversion from the South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted for commercial use from existing hydrologically connected wells. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
