THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT A 24-FOOT HIGH, 300-FOOT LONG EARTH DAMN ON AN UNAMED STREAM TRIBUTARY TO CONN CREEK. THE DAMN WILL CREATE A 49 ACRE-FOOT RESERVIOR WITH A MAXIMUM WATER SURFACE OF APPROXIMATELY 3.5 ACRES. EARTHEN MATERIAL FOR DAM CONSTRUCTION WILL COME FROM WITHIN THE RESEVIOR SITE. WATER FROM THE NEW RESERVOIR WILL BE PUMPED THROUGH AN 8-INCH PVC PIPELINE TO THE EXISTING 21 ACRE FOOT RESERVIOR LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT FOR DISPERSAL THROUGH THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
