Document Description
The project consists grading a portion of two, approximately four-acre, lots for two temporary stockpiles made up of pieces of cured concrete. Each pile will have an approximate one-acre footprint; not exceeding a height of 20 feet. The project will require the construction of a temporary 715-foot-long, “U” shaped, dirt access road with a rock track-out at each end where the road meets Allbaugh Drive. Finally, the project may construct a 0.33-acre Temporary Sediment Basin approximately three to five feet deep (basin would only be constructed if required by the Qualified SWPPP Practitioner).
