Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number EPIMS-RIV-28405-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Speedway Development as represented by Ian Griffin. The Project is limited to the filling of an unnamed stream and associated riparian habitat to
accommodate the development of 99 single-family homes on a 20.64-acre property. The unnamed stream is a tributary to Tucalota Creek within the northern portion of the site, which conveys sheet flows from the property and flows west into a concrete pipe culvert along Moser Road. The Project will divert storm water flows from the onsite unnamed stream during construction directly to the pipe culvert along Moser Road, eventually flowing into an unnamed tributary to Tucalota Creek. The diversion will continue until the water quality basins are constructed and able to receive flows. Erosion control materials such as sandbags, silt fencing, etc., shall be used during construction as appropriate to control erosion and prevent sediment from entering
downstream water courses
