Document Description
(SAA #6-2002-43) The applicant proposes to construct 306 single family residential housing units, two open space lots, three greenbelt strips, drainage improvements, and roadway improvements on an 80 acre site. The two open space lots are associated with the existing on site disced drainage; one of which will function as a detention basin, and the other will be developed into a five acre park. In addition, an inlet structure and box culvert will be constructed to direct off-site flows under Pourray Road through a culvert and detention basin before entering the storm drain system. The project also includes the construction of an outlet structure off-site designed to connect with the double barrel 36-inch culverts existing where the drainage crosses under Benton Road. The construction of a roadway associated with the residential development and containing ingress/egress onto both Thompson and Benton Roads will be also included with the project.
