THE APPLICANT WISHES TO LEGALIZE 66499.35(B), MERGE IT WITH THE 2.4 ACRE PARCEL AND THEN LEGALIZE AN EXISTING REPLACEMENT WELL ON THE .59 ACRE PORTION FOR USE BY THE EXISTING RESIDENCE.
