Document Description
A regional shopping center is scheduled to be constructed on Niblick Road in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, in approximately 2004 through 2005, and located adjacent to the right bank (looking downstream) of the Salinas River (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 009-814-010 and 009-814-013). The proposed project would stockpile up to 70,000 cubic yards of soil for eventualuse in constructing the shopping center. The soil would be placed along the right bank of the river's floodplain.
