Document Description
The Bonzi Sanitation Landfill is a 115 acre Class III landfill that ceased operation in 2009. The proposed
project will complete the site closure per the approved site closure plans. Construction will include a cap
composed of a soil layer, plastic liner, and vegetative layer, related storm drain and landfill gas system
improvements, repairs to site fencing, and demolition of abandoned buildings.
