Document Description
The Applicant proposes to divert water from the Sacramento River near the town of Collinsville in Solano County. The diverted water would be pulled through a screened intake extended to the levee of the screened pump through the Liberty hydraulic offloader. The river pump affixed to the levee would consist of a 3 ft by 3.5 ft fish screen ~5 ft below Mean Lower Low Water connected to a 24 inch casing which would then connect into a 12 inch steel discharge pipe.
