Document Description
Sand and gravel mining project on a site of approximately 500 acres consisting of a total of 83 million tons of material to produce and sell approx. 56.1 million tons of sand and gravel over a 20-year period; and a concrete batch plant to produce and deliver ready-mixed concrete to the local market. A reclamation plan for both concurrent and final reclamation processes is proposed.
