Document Description
On February 18, 2014, the City of Dublin City Council approved a General Plan Amendment and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from High Density Residential, and approved a related Site Development Review permit and Vesting Tentative Map for development of up to 122 townhouse units. The environmental impacts of development of the Project area were previously analyzed under (1) the certified Eastern Dublin General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report (SCH #91103064) (EDEIR), and (2) an adopted Negative Declaration (ND) for a Planned Development Rezoning of Dublin Ranch Areas B-E which included the Project site. The City Council found that no further CEQA review was required for the Project under Public Resources Code section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 and 15163.
