Document Description
The Applicant is requesting approval of a Planned Development Rezone with a Stage 2 Development Plan, Development Agreement and a CEQA Addendum. The proposal will reduce the number of dwelling units from 1,064 to 780. The Applicant's proposal includes development of 252 single family detached homes, 111 detached cluster homes on individual lots, 94 alley loaded homes, 218 3-story townhomes and flats, and 105 mixed use residential units with 10,000 to 12,000sf of Commercial development. A Site Development Review and Vesting Tentative tract Map were approved by the Planning Commission on May 11, 2010. A CEQA Addendum was approved by the City Council on June 1, 2010.
