Document Description
Grafton Station is located within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area in Dublin Ranch Planning Area H. On March 21, 2000, the Dublin City Council approved a Stage 1 Development Plan which prezoned the property and established a development plan for Area H. The City Council also approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project at that time (referred to as the 1999 MND for Area H). The City Council adopted an Ordinance on August 16, 2006 which amended the Stage 1 Development Plan. The amendments to the Stage 1 Development Plan require environmental review due to the increase in gross acreage of the site (which results in an increase in the allowable floor area of the site). The increase in acreage allows an additional 25,059 square feet of commercial space to be constructed on the site.
