The project is the November 1999 Gateway Valley (Montanera) Final Development Plan for Parcels A, B and H. This is approximately 72-acre component of the overall 978-acre October 1998 Gateway Valley Final Development Plan approved by the City of Orinda in March, 1999. It contains 109 single family residents for the entire Montanera project. The City of Orinda Planning Commission approved the November, 1999 Gateway Valley (Montanera) Final Development Plan for Parcels A, B and H on February 8, 2000.
