Document Description
The proposed project is a Specific Plan of Land Use for a master planned community with a variety of complementary uses. The project provides for a total of 11,870 residential units, ranging from multiple-family attached units to larger estate lots, on a total of 1919.9 acres; commercial land uses totaling 65.0 acres; schools comprising 65.0 acres; parks and recreation facilities totaling 504 acres; 150 acres devoted to roadways; 32 acres for wastewater treatment facilities; and 6,381.1 acres of undisturbed open space.
