Document Description
The Proposed Project includes an increase in the permitted development intensity within the PR District to allow for expansion of the Anaheim Convention Center. The Proposed Project also analyzes build-out of the development permitted within the CR District. Additionally, the Proposed Project includes amendments to the documents that govern and regulate development within the ARSP area. These amendments are intended to reflect the proposed increase in development intensity in the PR District; streamline development standards, guidelines and requirements to reduce redundancy within and between these documents; and, update the documents to reflect current conditions within The Anaheim Resort. The proposed amendments do not change the types of land uses permitted within the ARSP or significantly modify the associated development standards.
