Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 1600-2012-0043-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Marina Point Development Associates (Permittee), represented by Mr. Irv Okovita. The Permittee is proposing to complete shoreline protection, modifications to the drainage on the east side of the property, dredging within and adjacent to the marina, removal of the earthen plug that created the temporary deslltation basin, and the completion of jetty arm protection. The project has had multiple Agreements and the Department reviewed the project history and previous permits and incorporated habitat avoidance and mitigation measures in the current Agreement. The project will impact a total of 8.29 acres of lakebed, open water, and associated vegetation and habitat including 0.22 acres of montane riparian scrub and 2.89 acres of aquatic vegetation.
