CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE FIVE (5) GROUNDWATER EXTRACTION WELLS AND A DESALTER FACILITY. GROUNDWATER CONTAINING CONCENTRATO OF NITRATES AND TDS WHICH EXCEED DRINKING WATER STANDARDS WILL BE TREATED AT THE DESALTER. PRODUCT WATER FROM THIS FACILITY WILL BE OF ADEQUATE QUALITY FOR USE IN DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEMS. WASTES (NITRATES & TDS) FROM OPERATION OF THIS FACILITY WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO SAWPA BRINE DISPOSAL (SARI) PIPELINE.
