Document Description
The existing Hoag Hospital Master Plan authorizes allowable building areas of 765,349 sf for Hoag's Upper Campus and 577,889 sf for the Lower Campus, for a total of 1,343,238 sf. The Master Plan Update Project allows up to 225,000 sf (approved but not constructed) to be transferred from the Lower Campus to the Upper Campus. Under the Master Plan Update Project, the applicant could construct up to 577,889 sf in the Lower Campus and up to 990,349 sf in the Upper Campus provided the total square footage for the Upper and Lower Campus combined does not exceed 1,343,238 sf.
