Document Description
The City is proposing to construct the Rio Vista Northwest Wastewater Treatment Facility (NWWTF) to accommodate the City's growth through the year 2020. The initial phase of the NWWTF would include construction of a treatment plant with the capacity of 1.0 million gallons per day (mgd) to accommodate service area wastewater flows through 2010. The next phase would expand the treatment facility's capacity to 2.0 mgd.
