THE PROPOSED PROJECT CONSISTS OF A CONCEPT PLAN, A PARCEL MAP, A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT, AND TWO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS. THE SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE 4,000 ACRE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN AREA WHICH IS A CENTER OF MAJOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY.
