THE SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE 4,000 ACRE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN AREA WHICH IS A CENTER OF MAJOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY.
