Document Description
The RAW proposes excavation of soil impacted with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semivolatile organic compounds (SVOCs), and metals. The VOC-impacted soil will be either landfarmed on site or disposed of off-site. Implementation is anticipated during the spring of 2003. RAW implementation will be consistent with the procedures specified in the current Remedial Design Implementation Plan approved for all Rail Yard soil remediation activities.
